Every Build is set up on a small, battle-tested set of tools we use to document, automate and run operations quickly. These are included as part of the implementation where appropriate, so your team doesn't have to go hunting for vendors or wire everything up from scratch. We don't force our stack where it doesn't make sense if you already have equivalent tools, we'll evaluate whether to use your stack, ours, or a hybrid.
We design this so your team is not buried in implementation. You'll mainly need to join a few workshops to define workflows and approvals, provide access to systems, and review and sign off key SOPs and logic. Most businesses get through the Build with one key internal and light involvement from a small group of staff. Throughout the Build, you track progress and raise requests in The RevampBiz Portal at app.revampbiz.co.
Every engagement ends in Handover a finite QA → Stabilise → Optimise → exit process where we prove the systems run without you, settle in real-world tweaks, squeeze out the last value, then document, train, transfer, and step away. No perpetual retainer. Optional fixed-price Optimise cycles are available afterward if you want them, but they're never required
